It's actually less than a week until Easter. Seriously? How does that happen? That we just finished Christmas and we are already to Easter.
Today is 2 weeks post surgery. I'm seeing pretty good at this point. I actually started driving last Wednesday when I woke up seeing really well. I have good and bad days. On good days, my left eye is dang near 20/20. My right eye is lagging behind and is still always blurry with some ghosting of letters and such. Certain things make them worse, the computer for example. Which is why I'll be blogging and shutting it off. Can't stay on too long or else it kind of messes up the vision for awhile. I started new drops on Thursday and my eyes seem to be a little worse since starting them. From what I've read online, they are steroid drops that slow down the healing to prevent scar tissue. Not only do they slow down healing, but according to the pamphlet, will also cause blurry vision. I'll be on them for 9 weeks, so hopefully, my eyes will adjust and continue to get better.
